The Grove is committed to offering value for money but still providing the highest quality of care and level of service for our residents.
Our charges vary depending on the care requirements and needs of the resident. Please contact us for more information on fees.
Before admission, residents are assessed and are advised of the fee structure applicable to their needs and circumstances.
Financial Arrangements
Depending on their personal financial situation,a resident can either pay their fees privately or receive benefits arranged by social services.
The current rules can be complicated and specific advice is available from the senior care team at The Grove.
Fees - What is included?

Admission
Clients interested in The Grove's services are encouraged, to visit and sample the atmosphere and assess our services and facilities. Often day care is arranged on a regular weekly basis, while waiting for a vacancy. This enables residents to familiarise themselves with our staff and their fellow residents and to adjust to their new environment.
A months trial period is always given before resident's take up permanent residence. Again this allows both The Grove and the resident to evaluate whether, they are happy in their new home and that The Grove is able to respond to all the resident's individual needs.
